How does the AI verification work?
When you submit your achievement screenshot, our GPT-4 powered system analyzes the image to confirm your gamer tag and achievement match the game you selected. The process takes up to 2 minutes. If approved, you are redirected to checkout automatically.
My screenshot was rejected — what do I do?
Make sure your screenshot clearly shows your gamer tag and the achievement notification at the same time. Cropped, blurry, or edited screenshots may be rejected. Try taking a full-screen capture directly from your game or platform. If you believe it was rejected in error, contact us at support@tieroneprestige.gg.
How long does shipping take?
Your award is custom engraved and ships within 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times vary by location after that.
Can I change my gamer tag or legacy title after ordering?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Email us immediately at support@tieroneprestige.gg with your order number and the correction needed. Once engraving has started we cannot make changes.
My award arrived damaged — what happens now?
We will replace it — no questions asked. Email a photo of the damaged award and your order number to support@tieroneprestige.gg and we will get a replacement into production immediately.
When will I appear in the Hall of Fame?
Your record is created in our system the moment your achievement is verified. Our team curates the public Hall of Fame view — you may appear there within 1–3 business days of your order being confirmed.
